YEIDA Plot Scheme Draw Result: YEIDA received an overwhelming response from buyers seeking residential plots of 120, ,162, 200, 300, 500 and 400 sqm under the new residential plot scheme (RPS-08/2024). Yamuna expressway industrial development authority launched RPS -08/2024 for 361 residential plots on 5 July 2024. The online registration process of this scheme started from 5 July and lasted till 23 August 2024.
More than 2.5 lakh applicants were received for 361 residential plots in sector 16, 18, 20 and 22D. Now due to the extension of the last date of YEIDA RPS 08/2024 scheme the YEIDA residential plots scheme draw will be held on 10 October. Earlier it was scheduled to be held on 20 September 2024.

The plot scheme launched by the Yamuna expressway industry Development authority (YEIDA) has only 361 clothes on offer, but around 187000 applicants are hopping to get one of the plots in the draw to be held by the authority on 10 October at the India expo centre in greater Noida.
YEIDA officials said a committee of three retired High court judge will monitor the allotment lucky draw process to ensure transparency and accountability.

Biggest Lucky Draw by YEIDA
Official said Thursday’s lucky draw will be the biggest ever held by YEIDA in terms of the number of applicants. All the 361 floats are in the vicinity of the Noida green field international airport, which is scheduled to be operational By April 2025, officials said.
YEIDA will allot these 361 plots ranking in size from 120 sqm to 4000 sqm in sectors 16, 18, 20 and 22D along the Yamuna expressway connecting greater Noida to Agra.
