Dream Plots Scheme: On Wednesday, 25 September 2024, the Yogi Adityanath led Uttar Pradesh unveiled the “Dream Plots Scheme” in Noida, inline with the chief ministers aim to transformer the state into a cosmopolitan Uttar Pradesh. The initiative urban hub, with a focus on expanding the hospitality sector.

About Dream Plots Scheme 2024
Provisions have also been made for the construction of star hotels in three different categories under the dream plots scheme. Hotel entrepreneurs will be able to participate in the e-auction 4 plot SDC-H-2 sector 105, which is spread over 7,500 sq m and has a reserve price of Rs 138.18 crore. In addition, upload identified as plot number 11b in sector 142 will be available for bidding, which has an area of 5,200sq m and has a reserve price of Rs 98.83 crore.
The largest float under the scheme is plot H2 in sector 135, which is spread over 24000 sq m and has the highest reserve price of Rs 410.70 crore. These plots will enable hotel entrepreneurs to set up hotels in various star categories, there by expanding the hospitality infrastructure in Noida. All the plots offered under the dream plots scheme are designated for the construction of budget and star hotels located at Prime locations.

The main objective of the Dream Plots Scheme is to facilitate the setting up of budget and star category hotels in the Noida area. Under the scheme plots through e-auction process in sector 93B, 105, 142 and 135.The reserve prices for 6 plots ranking from 2,000 to 24,000 sq m have been set between Rs 44.08 crore and Rs 410.70crore.
