Nijut Moina Scheme Apply Online: Assam Chief Minister Dr Himanta Biswa Sarma on Thursday 2024 announced that the funds will be distributed to the beneficiaries of the Nijut Moina Scheme across the state on 6 October. Chief minister Himanta Biswa Sarma announced this development on his social media handle. Speaking about the mode of distribution of funds, Biswa Sarma said it will be done through bank drafts for October, he added that the funds will be distributed through direct benefit transfer DBT from November onwards.

According to the Assam state government, a total of 10 lakh women citizens across the state will avail the financial assistance under The Assam Nijut Moina Scheme 2024. If you want to avail this scheme, then you have to apply online under Nijut Moina Scheme, only then you will be able to avail the benefits of this scheme.

About Nijut Moina Scheme 2024

The chief minister of Assam state has presented a total budget of Rs 1500 crores for the implementation of the Nijut Moina Scheme. This budget will help to provide financial assistance to all the female citizens in the Assam state who cannot afford proper education.

Under The Assam Nijut Moina Scheme 2024, the selected girl students who apply will be given financial assistance of Rs1000 to Rs 25000 per month. Objective of Nijut Moina Scheme Apply Online

The main objective of launching The Assam Nijut Moina Scheme is it to increase the education rate among female citizens in the state of Assam. With the help of this scheme, The Assam state government will ensure that female students pursue higher education after completing their class 12th examination. Bhai providing financial assistance, The Assam state government can reduce the dropout rate among female students to a great extent.

This scheme will empower female students and increase gender qualify in the state of Assam. This scheme will also eliminate social evils like child marriage in the state. Applicants can fill the online application form from the comfort of their home without going anywhere.

Financial Assistance

• Girls student enrolled in class 11th will be given financial assistance of Rs 1000 per month, which will be a total of Rs 10000 in 10 months.
• Girls enrolled in undergraduate 1st year (B.A./B.SC/B.Com) will be given financial assistance of Rs 1250 per month, which will be a total of Rs 12500 in 10 months.
• Girls enrolled in postgraduate 1st year (M.A./M.SC./M.Com/B.Ed) will be given financial assistants of Rs 2500 per month, which will be a total of Rs 25000 in 10 months.

Scope of Applicability

Selected girl students enrolled in a government educational institutions will be given financial assistance as admission incentive.

Nijut Moina Scheme Apply Online for Eligibility

• Applicant must be a permanent residents of Assam state.
• Only girl students are eligible for Nijut Moina Scheme Apply Online.
• Married candidates are not eligible for this scheme.
• Candidates should be enrolled in any government college or educational institutions that support this scheme.
• Candidates who are pursuing B.Ed are not eligible for the scheme.
