The central government pm internship scheme is going to start from today. Preparations have been made to launch a new centralized portal, through which companies will be invited to apply. Those wishing to internal will be able to apply on this portal from 12 October. In the next 5 years, 1 crore youth will be given internship opportunities in the countries top 500 companies.
5000 will be given as internship allowance every month and 6000 will be given as a lump sum. 12 months of experience will be given for employment opportunities. Companies will bear 10% of the training cost and internship cost from their corporate social responsibility fund.
