AP Free Gas Cylinder Scheme: Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister N. Chandrababu Naidu on Monday 21 October 2024 said that the (Deepam) scheme, under which eligible women will be given three free cooking gas cylinder super year as a Diwali gift, will start from 31 October, Deepam (light) is one of the super six poll promises made by the TDP chief ahead of the 2024 elections.

The super six schemes also include a monthly pension of Rs 1,500 for women in the age group of 19 to 59 years, 20 lakh jobs for the youth or Rs 3000 monthly unemployment assistance and free bus travel for women.
